Mrs. Sandore’s Kindergarten students put their hearts into words as they worked on a writing activity focused on the importance of being kind to one another. Through thoughtful conversations and creative expression, students shared what kindness looks like in their classroom and how small acts can make a big difference every day.

Students, educators, and community partners gathered for the Pathways to Purpose event, an engaging day focused on exploring interests, strengths, and future possibilities. Through interactive activities and conversations, students were encouraged to see purpose as a journey shaped by curiosity and connection. A highlight was Dr. Julia Garcia's keynote, which reminded students that purpose evolves through experience, reflection, and growth. Thank you to Mrs. Brooks for helping coordinate this inspiring event.

Ms. Jessica and Ms. Cook engaged students in hands-on math lessons, guiding them through problem-solving and critical thinking activities. Through clear instruction and supportive encouragement, students built confidence and strengthened their math skills.

Senior Kevin Reddick is pictured in the hallway after returning from his BOCES Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering program, proudly showing the two pieces he had just finished in class. Programs like this provide students with hands-on experience, technical skills, and real-world opportunities that prepare them for their future careers.

Middle school students in Mr. Atkinson’s science class explored the connections between math, chemistry, and plant science. Using their knowledge of photosynthesis and algebra, they balanced chemical equations to follow the law of conservation of matter and mathematically demonstrated that plant matter comes from air.

Mr. Askin’s 1st-grade class explored how sound travels by making and testing their own telephone cups. Students had fun experimenting, observing how vibrations carry sound, and discovering the science behind everyday communication.

High school students enjoyed an energetic PE class playing badminton, practicing their agility, hand-eye coordination, and teamwork while having fun on the court.
