Mr. DiSanto’s 2nd-grade class researched topics of interest, created slide decks, and some chose to confidently present to their classmates and administrators, building valuable professional skills in public speaking, organization, and presentation design along the way. Students showed great bravery during their presentations, and classmates even came up to stand beside and support one another if anyone felt nervous, a true display of friendship and encouragement.

Our 10th graders visited Wayne Technical and Career Center to explore hands-on programs available to them in their junior and senior years. Students learned about opportunities in cosmetology, culinary arts, health careers, electrical trades, animal science, computer programming, heavy equipment repair and operation, and so much more. Thank you to Mrs. Kuhn and Mrs. Brooks for coordinating this Career Pathways Series during CTE Month and helping students explore their future opportunities.
