2025 LCSD End-of-Year Events
The Varsity Softball team is headed to the Class C1 Sectional Semi-Finals after defeating South Seneca/Romulus. They will host Warsaw on Thursday, May 29, at 5:00 PM.
As a Semi-Final game, Section V requires digital ticketing. Tickets are $7.30 and must be purchased in advance—no cash will be accepted at the gate. Use the GO FAN app and search “Lyons” to find the event.
The winner of this game will move on to the Finals at HFL High School on Saturday, May 31 at 1:30 PM.

BOYS BASKETBALL HEADS TO GLENS FALLS!
Our boys basketball team has advanced to the NYS Class C State Final Four after defeating Randolph High School 61-44 last Friday. They will play Moravia out of Section IV on Friday, March 15th at 8:45 at Cool Insuring Arena in Glens Falls, NY. The address for the Arena is 1 Civic Center Plaza, Glens Falls, NY 12801.
Tickets are managed by the Cool Insuring Arena and are available on-site at the ticket window ($10) or online through SeatGeek (additional fees apply). No re-entry is permitted. A stream of the game will take place on the NFHS Network. Search in your app store or visit the following site: https://www.nfhsnetwork.com. Please pre-purchase so you do not have any issues.
If the team advances, they will move onto the NYS Class Finals playing the winner of Moriah out of Section VII or Haldane out of Section I. The game will be played on Saturday, March 16th at 8:45 pm in the same location. Streaming would be on the NFHS Network as well.
