Back-to-School Bash is back, and it’s bigger and better than ever!
Join us Wednesday, September 2 from 5:00 –6:30 PM (Bonfire to follow) for one big district-wide celebration! NEW this year: the entire Back-to-School Bash will take place at the Middle/High School for all students and families, UPK–12 (see map).
Come meet your teachers for the 2026–27 school year and enjoy an evening packed with:
▪️FREE haircuts from Kelly’s Barbershop from 5–7 PM
▪️ Bounce houses, yard games, music, and Blender Bikes
▪️Food trucks and sweet treats
▪️ Community organizations and resources
▪️Senior Parent Lock-In Chicken BBQ and Beef Raffle
▪️ Music Boosters Walking Tacos
▪️ Our annual bonfire and glow sticks
▪️Outdoor Movie Night during the bonfire

Parking: Please see the attached map for parking information. Overflow parking will be available across the street from the Lyons Fire Department, with a shuttle bus running continuously throughout the evening. Please do not park at Ruspak.

Our first Summer Jam was a hit! Last week, Lyons CSD brought families together for an evening filled with fun, laughter, and community. From the foam party and bounce houses to smoothie blender bikes, food trucks, and local organizations, there was something for everyone.
The Class of 2027 joined the fun, raising money for their Senior Lock-In with a dunk tank and meat raffle.
Families could also stop by our registration table to learn more about Lyons CSD and how their child can become part of the Pride!

Lyons FFA members recently traveled to Buffalo to attend the New York State FFA Convention, where they showcased their knowledge and skills in two Career Development Events: Quiz Bowl and Marketing Plan.
The trip was highlighted by several accomplishments. Leeann Peeso received the Jacket Award, recognizing her as an outstanding new FFA member, while the Marketing Plan team earned State Finalist honors. Students also had the opportunity to connect with fellow FFA members and agricultural professionals from across New York, including Richard Ball (pictured).
