This month’s LCSD Happiness 360 tactic has been “gratitudes.” At the beginning of November, Students K-12 were given a gratitude journal to record daily the things they are thankful for. Through our partnership with H360, teachers have been fostering an attitude of gratitude with weekly lessons and challenges. And we’ve also seen acts of gratitude pop up all over the district, including these gratitude jars in the MS/HS halls. By the end of the month, LCSD staff and students will be able to recognize and appreciate positive things that happen to us daily. Congratulations to the Lyons Peanut Butter Cups and Lyons Denominators who competed in the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES Middle School Mathalon today! The next event in this three-part series will take place in December, followed by the final event in January.
